How to get the most out of a convention, pt 2

When you’re planning your events, and your dinners, and your cab rides (if you’re lazy like I occasionally am), be sure to plan the TIME. Dragon*Con was an excellent example of a convention with a ton of great events and not nearly enough time for them all.
While you’re at it, make sure you leave enough time for the inevitable standing in line for the big events.
